During their trip, the delegation visited schools and delivered 150 scholarships. 300 warm jackets and learning tools to local children, as well as 5,000 face masks to teachers and students.
They also hosted cultural exchange events and art performances to entertain the children.

In Nam Tin commune, Nam Po district, leaders of Dien Bien Water Supply Joint Stock Company presented 70 gift packages, each including rice, confectionery, and cash, worth over 50 million VND, to poor households throughout the commune
Meanwhile, in Dien Bien Dong district, representatives of People’s Army Newspaper gave 600 presents to local ethnic minority people and families of policy beneficiaries.
The gift-giving event aims to bring a warm and happy Tet (Lunar New Year) festival to recipients, while encouraging them to rise above, from the difficult living conditions.
