At this year’s forum, delegates focused on discussing four groups of topics including: proposing growth models associated with economic restructuring and promoting rapid and sustainable growth; planning and solutions for effective and synchronous use of local, regional and national plans; promoting the role of young Vietnamese intellectuals in building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity; and proactively and actively integrating into the world while improving the capacity of disease prevention and control in association with health system reform.
There were more than 15 scientific seminars and branch forums on many topics and areas of expertise discussed and exchanged by young intellectuals on the eve of the forum.
The forum saw 27 discussions, 155 comments, 51 proposals and recommendations and 3 projects registered for implementation.
The Organising Committee will summarise the opinions of the delegates, build a report to send to the leaders of the Party, State, Government and relevant authorities.
On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in organising the fifth forum of young Vietnamese intellectuals across the globe in 2022.
