Foreign Minister holds phone talk with US Secretary of State

The talks were aimed at exchanging views on bilateral relations and some regional issues including the Asia - Pacific region and East Sea. The 2 sides stated 2015 had been a successful year for bilateral relations and agreed that both sides should work closely to strengthen ties and co-operation, making the comprehensive partnership more effective.
