Forces help evacuate people from flooded areas

Specifically, more than 400 officials, soldiers, and local forces have utilized canoes, motor boats and other specialized vehicles to evacuate local residents in the districts of Phú Ninh, Thăng Bình, Quế Sơn, and Duy Xuyên.

As of Monday, the national highway 1A to Đà Nẵng and Quảng Nam province was blocked. In order to ensure people's safety, forces have located the critical locations where traffic is not available. One person was also reported to have been swept away by the floods.
