Flooding causes serious damages in Ha Giang province

Hundreds of thousands of cubic meters of rock and soil filled a section of Highway No. 2, entering Ha Giang and the 4th and 5th kilometer sections. Traffic from the city of Ha Giang to Vi Xuyen district was completely at a standstill.

A number of households and businesses in the surrounding area also suffered heavy damages to property. Relevant units have coordinated and mobilized forces to carry out soil clearance to allow traffic in the area to resume.
