Fishermen's livelihoods threatened by sea aggradation

More than 1000 fishing boats in the province have been stranded, many of which were just built using loans from Decree 67. Prolonged unfavorable weather has caused a deadlock for the lives of many local fishermen.

However, with the current level of sea aggradation, if there are no solutions to create a new path to go out to sea or to reschedule loans for fishermen, the lives of thousands of households in the coastal province of Quang Nam will continue to be difficult.
