First signals from Vietnamese satellite

This is the first satellite that Vietnam has launched into orbit. As planned, the satellite will go into stable operation over the next one to two weeks. The satellite was designed to monitor the water quality in coastal regions, locate aquaculture sources, and observe changes in these areas in order to aid Vietnamese aquaculture.  MicroDragon was developed by the Vietnam National Space Center (VNSC) using ODA from the Government of Japan and a reciprocal fund of the Government of Vietnam.
