Unlike previous years, this year's festival will include an award for films from other Southeast Asian countries. Remakes can be registered to be screened at the event. Entries will be divided into, feature films, documentaries, scientific films and animation.
The list of nominees will be announced in October. The festival will be held from November 24th to 28th.
