FDI and domestic enterprises are in need of cooperation

However, according to experts, there are not many close links between domestic and FDI companies to help Vietnamese enterprises take part in global supply chains. Regarding the legal framework, experts propose having a specific regulation on incentives as well as punishments for FDI enterprises that don't implement their commitment on localization rates.
