Faster ODA disbursement urged
VTV.vn - According to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, from 1997 to 2017, Vietnam had more than 2,500 programs and projects that used funds from ODA and preferential loans.
The number of projects is constantly increasing, but slow disbursement and the mismanagement of capital is still happenings, especially with infrastructure projects. This is part of their efforts to hasten the ODA disbursement progress.
