The information was released by Green Innovation and Development Centre (GreedID), stating that Hanoi is the second most polluted city in Southeast Asia at PM 2.5, ranked only after Indonesia's Jakarta. The VEA said GreenID only used data from four countries in Southeast Asia instead of all eleven, and that many other cities in Southeast Asia have a high pollution level.
