Speaking at the event, HCYU Secretary Nguyen Ngoc Luong stressed that the traditional friendship between the Parties, States and people of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia is a valuable asset of the three countries.
He went on to say that the younger generation in the three countries are proud and willing to further promote the traditional friendship nurtured and developed by their predecessors.
Taking place in online form until October 24, the programme aims to provide an opportunity to participants to increase understanding about the friendship tradition of the three countries, as well as share about the culture of their countries and experiences in COVID-19 prevention and control.
