El Nino 2015 might be worst in history

The average temperature of the East Sea, the tropical center of the Pacific Ocean, will likely increase by 2 degrees in the next three months. The current condition of oceans is quite alarming, and can result in similar, serious cases as those reported in the western US,  South Asia,  South America, and northern / East Africa in 1972, 1982, and 1997.
