VTV.vn - Nghe An is among the most severely affected localities by storm Bebinca.

After nearly four days of isolation due to flooding, residents in mountainous areas can finally resume their lives and overcome the consequences.

Locals’ lives are still challenging in the storm's aftermath. Ta Ca, Muong Tip and Muong Ai communes are still inaccessible in Nghe An Province.
