Dutch advice on smart cities

Dutch speakers shared their experiences in building smart cities. They made recommendations on developing airports in Vietnam such as Tan Son Nhat and Long Thanh, while noting that they wanted to co-operate with Vietnam.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said Vietnam was researching the development of smart cities and highly appreciated the Dutch-supported Binh Duong smart city model.

The PM also said he would direct ministries to study the 'airport city' model, which looks at developing services within airport sites and the prime minister hoped to receive Dutch support.
