A series of activities will be held from September until November within the forum’s framework, including a training session on raising awareness and actions to boost green transformation, the Mekong Initiative Contest, an exhibition displaying innovative startup products, digital transformation and models, and technologies to reduce emissions.
Speaking at the press conference, Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Tran Tri Quang, Head of the forum's organising committee, said that the forum aims to contribute to promoting awareness on innovation goals while seeking solutions for specific economic orientations of the Mekong Delta region, based on the efforts and effective resource cooperation of both the public and private sectors.
The forum is expected to connect resources and markets to support the development of production, start-up projects, technology and services in Dong Thap province and the Mekong Delta.
It will also provide an opportunity for participating startups to promote their roles and raise their voices to remove bottlenecks, propose solutions to unlock local resources and meet the increasing market needs.
