Dong Nai launches commercial housing projects

This is the first commercial housing project developed in Nhon Trach District. Valued at 250 billion dong or 11.21 million USD, the project covers 3.6 hectares and includes over 411 apartments.

Homebuyers can issue loans from banks with an annual interest rate of 5% for the first two years. The agreement should improve home-buyer confidence with the developer now working closely with one of Vietnam’s leading banks.
