Accordingly, from the end of March, Vietnam Airlines will increase operations to 97 flights per week. It is expected to operate 160 international flights per week by July, 1.6 times higher than the current figure; while Bamboo Airways will operate 40 international routes during the year.
The airline plans to launch new regular routes with an expected frequency of 2 return flights/week, while gradually restoring flights from Ho Chi Minh City to international destinations. Similar to other airlines, Vietjet will also increase the frequency of regular international routes connecting Vietnam with Korea, Taipei (China), Japan, Singapore, Thailand.
At the same time, the airline also plans to operate more flights to other countries in the region and further to India and Russia.
