Disbursement of investment capital still slow

Investment capital from the state budget in October was estimated at 37 trillion dong, up 10% over the same period last year. Generally, in the first 10 months of this year, investment capital from the State budget reached 260.4 trillion dong, equaling 69.2% of the year plan and up 5.3% against the same period last year. Following the Prime Minister's direction, from October 15th, the Ministry of Finance periodically publishes figures of ministries, branches, and localities slow to disburse the Government's foreign loans on the Ministry's website.
