VTV.vn - In Vietnam, the development of e-government is seen at the grassroots level in the localities themselves.

Part of e-governance is the application of information and communication technology (ICT) for delivering government services to citizens.

E-government services in a number of localities are now also developing towards allowing citizens and enterprises to be able to submit their paperwork online instead of travelling to administrative centers.
