From tra fish fillet, Vietnamese enterprises have now developed more than 70 augmented products. The good news is that in 2018 foreign partners have begun to increasingly turn to these products. For example, Singaporean partners have offered to buy tra fish skin from an enterprise from Dong Thap as an instant food product. There are also more orders for other products such as fish oil, collagen, and gelatin from tra fish.
