Defence ties with Cambodia and Laos boosted

At the meeting, Cambodia and Vietnam discussed future co-operation focused on delegation exchanges, maintaining the deputy ministerial national defense strategic dialogue, and conducting joint sea patrols.

Meanwhile, Laos and Vietnam agreed to work together to successfully implement the 2017 co-operation plan and other agreements.

Lao and Vietnamese ministers witnessed the signing of an MOU between the Laos Military Science History Institute and the Vietnam Institute for Defense Strategy.
