This coincides with its 46th celebration of the city’s Liberation Day. Attending the event were Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung and leaders of central and local agencies.
The decree will provide the pilot organization of the urban government model of Da Nang; the Decision of the Prime Minister on the City General Planning Adjustment Project; investment in the Lien Chieu port project, the policy to build Da Nang into a regional financial center and information hub, and the policy on the city’s land prices.
As such, by 2030, with a long-term vision to 2045, Da Nang is on course to become one of the major socio-economic centers of the country and of Southeast Asia, and become a hub for entrepreneurship, innovation, and tourism.
