According to local authorities, decorations are being made for the March 9-16 festival, while authorities are working to ensure social order and standards for food hygiene are met during the festival. Inspections will be enhanced in order to ensure that local service prices will be stabilized.
The festival features a wide range of activities, including the 2019 Dak Lak investment promotion conference, an exhibition on coffee, a seminar on the development of Vietnamese specialty coffee, a photography exhibition on the history of coffee, a street festival, a contest for farmers, the Buon Don elephant festival, and a cooking competition.
