Cultural week kicks off to celebrate Tet

The opening ceremony attracted around a thousand students and local people. This year’s activities will include a Spring Newspaper Festival, a flower street, music performance on the last night of the lunar year, a motorbike race and a lion dance championship. After the opening ceremony, an open bicycle championship kicked off with the participation of 150 racers from localities in the Mekong Delta.
