The Culinary Delights program takes viewers on a journey through the small screen to learn about regional culture and specialties, while in the studio, families create new improvised and lovingly crafted versions of traditional food ingredients.
A special feature of Delicias Culinarias is that the team members are from the same family. They are amateur chefs who diligently prepare dishes in their kitchens for their loved ones, so the creative range is limitless. They cook together with their loved ones to give a personal touch and familiar flavor to famous local original dishes.
With a new and creative format, aired on weekends (Sunday 12:00 - VTV3), Delicias Culinarias takes viewers on a "cultural adventure" to discover delicious dishes they know the name of, but have not had the opportunity to get to know in detail all the provinces and cities in Vietnam, thus creating personal creations that bring different fragrances to traditional cuisine. At the same time, by watching the program, the audience will learn many new cooking techniques.
