Due to how they grow, green pomelos are very difficult to shape compared to conventional pomelos. As a result, after two years of experiments, nearly 600 unique products are preparing to hit the Tet market.

Carving this type of fruit not only costs money, but also takes a lot of time and effort. Typically, the highest success rate is only about 50%. In return, these products are sold at great prices thanks to the excellent way they produce yellow letters on the blue skin.
