VTV.vn - INTRO: In the context of Vietnam's active participation in bilateral and multilateral agreements, improving the quality of human resources to improve labour productivity and efficiency in production and business operations is very important.

Cooperation with foreign partners in vocational training is one of the solutions being implemented by professional vocational institutions, and it has already shown its effectiveness. Huong has been attending this skin care and SPA training course for 4 months now. It's a cosmetology program run by FPT Polytechnic in cooperation with the Korea Beauty Association. The goal of students, like Huoơng, is to obtain the IPSN International Practice Certificate.

At present, many vocational institutions are implementing training programs following the skill standards of advanced countries in the region and the world. In the academic year of 2017-2018, the International Engineering Program in Electrical Engineering under the European standards opened for the first time at the Hanoi Vocational College of Technology. The program is from a school located in Germany.

With regards to vocational education, Vietnam is cooperating with 45 organizations, countries and territories in the world, including countries with developed vocational training systems such as Germany, France, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia. Cooperation with foreign countries in vocational training contributes to ensure the quality of human resources in Vietnam to meet regional and international standards.
