Concentrated IT zone in Da Nang

The planned location of the Da Nang centralized IT project is in Hoa Lien Commune, Hoa Vang District. The zone has a total area of 341 hectares and technical infrastructure investment of VND 2,744 billion (120 million USD). The first phase of the project covers 131 ha with investment capital of 55 million USD. The phase was initiated in 2013 and so far 96% of construction volume has been completed. Following the establishment and recognition of the project, its investor will enjoy the Government's preferential policies.
