Comprehensive development plans needed for SAEZs
VTV.vn - Quang Ninh, Khanh Hoa and Kiên Giang have been preparing for the establishment of special administrative economic zones (SAEZs) in their provinces.
One of the most important factors in the preparation process is having a long-term development plan for all sectors. Local governments are working to finalize development plans by the end of this year so that construction of the SAEZs can start as soon as a legal framework is passed.
