Community participation emerging in public management

Studies conducted by the 2 organisations in Hoa Binh, Quang Tri, and Ninh Thuan Provinces recognised the increasing involvement of the community in government activities in recent years.  Experts believe that the Vietnamese political system has become more accessible to citizens. However, there still exist several legislative limitations to community participation. Conference participants recommended digital platforms as new communication channels between the authorities and people. An interactive system of feedback and information will contribute greatly to sustainable public management by 2030.
