Commercial banks have been directed to ensure ATM services ahead of Tet

The State Bank of Vietnam has required banks to ensure service quality and security at ATMs during the holiday period.

Commercial banks have been told to ensure there are sufficient staff and cash available for the smooth operation of ATM systems. Customers are advised to go to bank branches or transaction offices if they want to withdraw large amounts.
