This is a project that aims to motivate fishermen to go out on fishing voyages and promote maritime sovereignty. Nearly 100 volunteers and many other coast guards are participating in the event.
They are in the region to provide medical equipment, life vests, national flags and maritime law booklets. The total value of these items is estimated at 10,000 USD.
The delegation has also visited war memorials of martyrs in the area and has given seminars on maritime laws and national sovereignty.
