Climate change identified as a challenge to global security
VTV.vn - Climate change has been identified as one of the challenges to global peace and security.
That statement was made at the open discussion that took place today at the U.N. Security Council, at which Vietnamese delegation attended. The United Nations forecasts that by 2019, the consequences of climate change will be more severe and will continue to be one of the major challenges to international peace and security.
