Cashless payments to be promoted in public services

The State Bank of Vietnam will deploy this service nationwide.

Provincial branches of the State Bank are responsible for researching and advising local authorities to effectively carry out solutions to promote cashless payments for public services. Health and education service providers will be prioritized in promoting cashless payments.

These units will develop their IT systems that allow people to pay via phones, internet, e-wallets, and bank cards.
