The tragic accident happened on Friday nightoff An Giang Province. The vessel was passing Canal 13 in Tri Ton District, when it met disaster.
The four have been identified as Nguyễn Hoàng Tuấn, 17 years old, Nguyen Cong Luan, 12 years old, Hồ Thế Phước, 18 years old, and 31 year-old Nguyen Đang Khoa. The bodies were found in Tri Ton District. The 13 remaining crew were successfully rescued.
