More than 100 schools have been built in just one year, bringing education closer to children in remote border areas.
The first phase covers 108 schools in 19 provinces and cities. According to the Ministry of Education and Training, among the 99 schools funded by the central budget, 41 have reached at least 91 percent completion, while another 54 are between 71 and 90 percent complete.
Local authorities have pledged to ensure all 108 schools meet basic conditions to welcome students by the 5ft of September .
