The three-day event is jointly held by the Phu Nu (Women) Publishing House, Kim Dong Publishing House, the Tre (Youth) Publishing House, and the CWD.
Additionally, visitors will receive big promotions including up to 50% off on some titles, as well as books at reduced prices from VND5,000-VND20,000 at one-price book booths. A range of gifts, including pens, bookmarks and handbags will be given to readers who purchase books at the festival.
Numerous programmes introducing new titles, as well as forums and seminars on topics related to books, will also be held during the festival. Children can also join a range of activities including painting classes, mini games and Christmas themed mini games.
In the framework of the event, the CWD will organise a series of activities for significant social causes such as 'House in Peace' which provides support services for women and children who are victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, and a mobile consultation room with consultation services related to relationships, marriage, and family, among others.
