Binh Thuan Province banned all vessels from sailing

Binh Thuan Province People's Committee banned all vessels from sailing to the sea from 10 am January 3rd, in response to storm Bolaven.

Binh Thuan Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue has informed ships, vessels operating at sea about the direction of the storm.

As of 7 am January 3rd, there were still over 1,500 fishing boats and nearly 8,000 people at sea, including 147 offshore fishing vessels.

There are currently 634 ships of La Gi town that are still at sea but the authorities have been unable to contact them.
