Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc requested the sector to increase efforts to improve service quality and cut down on delays causing passengers to wait at the airport. He emphasised flight safety should be ensured despite any weather conditions or circumstances. He also paid attention to safety at the airport and efforts to control taxi fares. Efforts should also be strengthened to prevent smuggling activities that may take place during the busy travel time of Tet holiday.
