This was the assessment by the head of Asia Research at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) - Mr. Khoon Goh.
ANZ Research maintains its full-year 2019 GDP growth forecast for Vietnam of 6.7 percent. Although this is lower than the 7.1 percent growth rate achieved last year, it reinforces Vietnam's place as one of the fastest-growing economies in Asia.
Other international institutions like Fitch's Ratings or Moody's have also anounced positive assessments of Vietnam's economy.
