Accordingly, in addition to the mandatory medical conditions and requirements as previously instructed, airline passengers will only need to make an electronic medical declaration on the COVID-19 application (the domestic travel notice). Passengers are encouraged to proactively make their declarations before check-in.
In case passengers do not have devices or have difficulty using smart electronic devices, airlines are responsible for allocating human resources and equipment to guide and assist them in installing applications and making declarations.
This decision of the Ministry of Transport was issued based on an official document of the Ministry of Information and Communications issued on the afternoon of October 28 on deploying application development and connecting and sharing data for transport activities.
All new regulations have been in effect since 0:00 on October 29.
