AEON Tan An, the company’s eighth shopping center in Vietnam, is scheduled for a soft opening on September 23, 2025, followed by an official launch on October 4, 2025. The mall will be located on Hung Vuong Street in Long An province, near National Highway 1A and just one kilometer from the Ho Chi Minh City–Trung Luong Expressway. The strategic location is expected to provide convenient access for both local residents and neighboring provinces.

The new mall will have a total floor area of about 27,000 square meters and host around 30 tenants. It is designed to cater primarily to residents living within a 15-minute drive, positioning itself as a community-oriented hub.
AEON said the shopping center will follow the concept of a "Daily Community Park," integrating modern design with eco-friendly elements. The project emphasizes sustainability and aims to balance contemporary retail offerings with a connection to nature.
The company expects AEON Tan An to become a new growth driver for Long An and surrounding areas, supporting local economic development while offering a mix of retail, services, and lifestyle experiences.

· AEON Tan An shopping center is set to offer a completely new shopping experience with approximately 30 tenants, with 25 of them (more than 80%) opening for the first time in the Mekong Delta.
