The funding has been sourced from cuts in public expenditure from the central budget in 2021.
It includes savings from regular expenditure on national target programmes, conference and business trip fees, reduced spending on debt servicing and the budget for supporting people affected by COVID-19 transferred from 2020 to 2021.
