Prior to joining AB Mauri, Mr. Tran has held leadership positions in various FMCG companies and multinational manufacturing corporations. His leadership approach and philosophy, verified and refined throughout his 19-year experience, has been associated with commitment to drive success through discipline and integrity, while adhering to a level of flexibility, adaptive to each situation and landscape. Mr. Dat left his heritage at every position and company he used to work for, including success in key projects, implementation of several business strategies, commercial plans, goods distributions, and consumer engagement plan.

Prior to joining AB Mauri Vietnam, Mr. Tran Huu Dat served as the General Director of Thai Wah Vietnam, a subsidiary of Thai Wah Corporation which develops and manufactures starch and noodles-based products.
