5 kilos of methamphetamines intercepted

Border guards in Hai Hoa Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province arrested Nong Van Dai and Nguyen Ba Hanh while they were transporting meth from Bac Luan river border. The two, born in 1994, permanently reside in Thai Nguyen Province. Each man was carrying 10 plastic bags containing white crystal meth.

The two men were transporting drugs from China to Vietnam for a person named Hai for a fee of 500 USD. The Hai Hoa Ward Border Guards are carrying out an investigation into the case.
