Vietnamese Defence Minister General Ngo Xuan Lich and a Vietnamese delegation attended the event that kicked off in Clark Field, Angeles City, the Philippines on Tuesday morning.

ADMM Plus is a biannual event that was established in Hanoi in 2010, and aims to build trust among ASEAN members and partners in maintaining regional and global peace and stability.
