The ABU TV Song Festival is a celebration of popular music featuring high-profile musical talents, not a competition among amateurs.
Participating member organisations are invited to provide a solo artist or musical group who enjoy mass appeal in their home country to be featured in the song festival. The program will showcase musical acts representing ABU members, and will have a running time of one and half hours.

Mozhdah (ATN-Afghanistan)
Mozhdah was the first female artist to come into the Afghan music scene after 30 years of war, the first of her generation to travel to Afghanistan and pave the way for other artists, and is also the only Afghan artist to produce hit records in English and capture a global audience. She actively uses her platform to help rebuild Afghanistan and specifically help the Afghan women, children and youth. In 2010 Mozhdah performed for the Obamas at the White House in celebration of International Women’s day. She has also had her own successful talk show and has been referred to as the Oprah of Afghanistan by CNN and other major news networks.

Vivian Koo (TVB-Hong Kong)
Vivian Koo started her singing career in China since 2008. She has participated in various singing contests in difference provinces of China and swept several awards for her stylish performance. With this background, she joined the TV Show “ The Voice Season 4” hosted by TVB in Hong Kong in 2014. Since then she made her appearance in the Hong Kongentertainment fieldand soon became an attractive idol among the young generation of Hong Kong. She released her first single "想家" in 2011. In these blooming years, she has extended her performance into hosting TV programs,dancing and stage shows in the Asian region.

Dinmukhammed Kudaibergen (KMO-Kazakhstan)
Dimash Kudaibergenov is a Kazakh singer. He performs vocal works of various genres and regularly takes part in various cultural events. He was born in 1994 in Aktobe city in a musical family. His parents - Kanat Aitbaev and Svetlana Aitbaeva – are honored workers of culture of Kazakhstan.

Ernie Zakri (RTM-Malaysia)
Ernie Zakri was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and raised in Bangsar. She started singing when she was 5 years old and started with classical voice 4 years ago in Universiti Teknologi MARA under the tutelage of Madam Faezah Hamdan and well-known classical singer in Malaysia, Miss Syafinaz Selamat. As a singer, she has won Bintang RTM 2009 and received her Diploma in Music and Bachelor of Music Performance (Honours) in UiTM.
She also experienced in performing with National Symphony Orchestra and Malaysian Traditional Orchestra, Istana Budaya, the most prestigious venue for all types of theatre.

Ma Man Lai (Kyla), well known by her unique style, is a Macanese singer. She is publicly known by her singing skill. Since 2000, she actively participated in many different singing competitions, which makesremarkable achievements with numerous awards.

Unoosha is recognized as the leading performer and vocalist of Maldives. She has recently launched her International Career by being the first ever Maldivian to sing for a Bollywood Movie. Unoosha is the first ever individual from Maldives to be verified by Facebook as well. She has vast experience in the music industry and up to now has performed as a headliner at several resorts during the festive periods. Furthermore she has performed at big local events and more recently has made her breakthrough out onto the international stage as her own solo shows of Unoosha Live In Colombo & Unoosha Live in Kerala was very successful. CNBLUE is a Korean rock band, made up of 4 members: Jung Yong Hwa (Leader, Guitar, Rap, Main Vocal), Lee Jong Hyun (Guitar, Vocal), Kang Min Hyuk (Drum), and Lee Jung Shin (Bass). Sanjivani Bhelande is a renowned singer for Bollywood films as well as a brilliant live stage performer with 1000 plus live concerts to her credit.She has sung for several Bollywood films like Kareeb,Kya dilne kaha,Socha na tha etc and has won the best singer award for her song 'Chori chori nazrein'. She has written and sung English translations of 16thcentury saint poet Meerabai's songs in her unique fusion album MEERA AND ME. Sanjivani has composed and sung around 100 tracks for the online youtube spiritual channel Rajshrisoul. Sanjivani holds a Masters degree in Commerce, a diploma in mass communication and a degree in Hindustani music. She also trains in the Indian classical Odissi dance form.
