Further to the Notices No. 1, 2 and 3, the Organizing Committee of the 41st National Television Festival communicates the following additional information to the participating units of the 41st National Television Festival:
1. About registration and submission of works.
- The Organizing Committee has decided to postpone the registration and submission of works until the end of February 20, 2023. It is recommended that units register (via software) and submit works according to the rules as soon as possible.
- Please note when registering works for the competition: Authors and groups of authors must write their full names and surnames. If a pseudonym is used, the full name of each author must also be provided (as shown on an ID card or passport). The group of authors must be fully registered with the main titles of the production.
2. Adjustment of the rules for feature films and documentaries
- Long documentary films: Each film will have from two to a maximum of 20 episodes (instead of the 15 episodes in Notice No. 2), with the duration of each episode not to exceed 30 minutes.
- Feature films: Each series has from six to a maximum of 100 episodes, each episode not exceeding 60 minutes (instead of 60 episodes, each episode not exceeding 45 minutes in Notification No. 2).
3. Adding a second tour route
Two tourist routes on March 18, 2023 are as follows:
Route 1: Cao Quy Pile Yard Relic Site, Bach Dang Giang Relic Site, Nguyen Binh Khiem State Temple (already included in Notification No. 3).
3.2. Route 2: Mac Dynasty Monument - relics and landscapes in Do Son District (including Tuong Long Tower, Ba De Temple, Hang Pagoda, Dragon Hill International Tourist Area).
3.3. Notice:
- The Organizing Committee car will pick up the delegation from The Shine 1 Hotel parking lot (the street in front of the hotel), depart at 7:00 a.m. on March 18, 2023, and return to The Shine Hotel at the end of the luncheon.
- Delegates are encouraged to bring delegate badges to facilitate organization.
* In addition, delegations may refer to the Tourist Sites presented by the Organizing Committee on the Festival Information page to visit on their own on other days.
