VTV.vn - The south central provinces of Quang Nam, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, and Binh Thuan are at risk of serious water shortages.

According to information from the General Department of Irrigation under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, it is forecast that by the end of the spring crop, about 3,600 hectares in these provinces will suffer water shortages.

Since the beginning of the year, rainfall in the South Central Coast has decreased significantly, about 30% lower than the average of many years. The General Department of Irrigation recommends people be proactive in irrigation work to cope with the drought in time.
